Wholesale Orders
We're thrilled you're interested in becoming a wholesale partner with Jaz Body Essentials!
Requirements:
- Must own a retail store or boutique.
- Provide your EIN and Resale Certificate (Sales & Use Tax).
- NOTE: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon do not collect sales tax, so if you live in any of those states, then we do NOT require a resale license from you. However, we do require some documentation that you are in business. Be sure to supply all requested documentation.
- Minimum order: 12+ units per style/item (sizes may vary).
- 2-4 weeks turn around depending order size.
- Customization options are available for white-label wholesale only.
- Product Lookbook & Line Sheet available upon request.

Bulk/Large Orders

- Intended for group orders only (not eligible for resale).
- Pricing is based on quantity (minimum 6+ units per style/item; sizes may vary).
- Bulk orders are explicitly NOT authorized for resale.
- Customization or personalization options are available for bulk orders for an additional fee.
