Refund policy
We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for certain products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at Support@jazbodyessentials.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to: 850 Dogwood Rd B200 #2409, Lawrenceville, GA 30044. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and sealed personal care goods (such as feminine care products) that have been opened for hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. This window is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping is provided free of charge. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Sealed personal care items (such as feminine care products) that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at Support@jazbodyessentials.com.
